i cannot believe this! this is the second time this has happened with coldplay. i don't think i am destined to see this group perform in an open atmosphere. i am very distraught and frustrated right now. first time i drove some 6 + hours to atlanta to see their last tour and what do u know? equipment failure leading to cancellation...but then what happens? an intimate acoustic set that was performed in the parking lot under some canopy that i missed b/c they siad it was cancelled. and now this, what kind of luck do i have. coldplay...i love you, but you are hanging on a very thin piece of thread that is just aching to be snapped. i truly hope that IF this concert gets rescheduled some "unforeseen circumstances" will not magically appear :angry:

That really sucks Slanty. =( They almost cancelled on us last night too. If it makes you feel any better, that intimate, little show is floating around the Multimedia section.

yes i knowtampacoldplayerand DaveFer, i was on the way to tampa from orlando fl, and then i suddenly hear *coldplay postponed*... i waited sooooooooo long! the worst thing is that i dont know whether im going to be able to make it to the next date.... :huh:

Well, I think I know how Chris got sick *nervous giggle*

 

You see, I got bronchitis a coupla weeks ago, and I did the best i could to keep anyone else from getting it, but today I totaled it up, and around 15 people got sick directly from me.....

 

Now, I live in Tampa, but one of the girls I got sick (very sick, poor thing) has family in Miami, where she visited for Labor Day weekend while she was still VERY sick. She got all of her friends and family sick, and they started spreading it around........ I read that the first time Chris started feeling sick was in Miami....

 

For the whole story, you should see my journal, but at this point, I really feel like my little story is probably what happened........... I feel like poo..... I had REALLY good seats, too! and I had some drama w/ the tickets and did some crazy things that i thought was all for nothing but wasnt and then was but at the same time wasnt.... sorry, rambling...

I am LIVID still,after just getting back this afternoon from Tampa.I live near Jacksonville and got screwed out of hundreds of dollars and wasted a perfectly good trip to Tampa.Not like we couldve done anything real fun being it was cancelled 2 hrs before show!! And no,we didnt hear it on the radio.We found out the hard way-when we got there around 5.Damn it.I just saw the AL show is cancelled and god knows with the rest of them what will happen.I dont know if we can make it to Tampa again and thats a big IF they reschedule.
