Yeah, I really needed it. Well, I have about 9 exams. But the major and hardest exams are in the first week, so that's good. I won't be too tired to do them.

I love running too! It always makes me so relaxed, but now I screwed my knee up again. It hurts for about 2 weeks now, and I had a little break (which means I didn't run for about 5 days), then I ran 3 km. everything was fine then. But today I ran 5 at a very high tempo and my knee hurts like hell. I can barely bend it. It sucks. :disappointed:

Nic, you shouldn't have ran then!You have to take a break sometimes!Running can reeeally screw up our knees...I always put lots of ice in the place is hurting and I let like that for an hour...After that, it's always better...Hope it starts hurting! :kiss: Something like that happened to me once, I even had to do a surgery...But it wasn't my fault, our coach said that we we're gonna have a competition 2 weeks later (my knees were already hurting) and I continued to run...They almost brocked and I had to do a surgery or I wouldn't run for the rest of my life! :bigcry: Yeah, tooth days those ones...

 

Yeah, you're right...But my sister works 'til 7 pm and my brother is never at home...And mum does lots of artesanal projectsthe whole day, so...I have nobody! :bigcry:
