so i messed up my back...

Featured Replies

i was at volleyball practise and i went up to spike and then my back started hurting. my coach was like "i'm sure it's nothing just stretch it out..." turns out i sprained a rib muscle in my back :stunned: i didn't even know you could do that!

then in our game today, our captain and star setter crashed into the stands and couldn't feel her knee..then our star player hurt her finger off of a serve and thinks she might have broken it :/ :(

gosh my back hurts...

And I that I thought that volleyball was not a violent game

Hope that you feel better

thankss...yeah you can get hurt very easily actually...specially if you get in eachothers way. 2 people went for the ball once, and one girl went with her foot and was like 5cm away from kicking the other girls face.

Maybe that girl should practice soccer  or wrestling

she actually is a soccer player :P anything she can't reach she tries with her feet. my coach hates her for it.

eeks. hiccups suck. they put even more pain on my back. i'm icing it right now

She is young,is just a phase

And you are young too,the power of youth will heal you

ouch,...your team sounds like it's on a pain strike!

I have chronic muscle spasms in my back. Meaning i wake up some mornings, not being able to move my back and then after taking medicine to relax them (get the tensions out) it still hurts all day

I feel for you, girl

yeah well it WAS a lot better after i went to my chiropractor...but i think it happend when i spread my arms out to put my coat on this morning. i'm going back to my chiropractor tomorrow..he's a miracle worker, i swear :stunned:

hope it's not one of those temp fixes i got...it felt good for a while, but then in the long run it was always just as bad as the first time! but for me...acupuncture helped ALOT!

Hope you feel better soon. I did something similar to my back playing for my school's basketball team. I hyperextended it or something...whatever it was, it really hurt.

One good thing about it was that I got to spend a lot of time with the trainer...who was REALLY hot. :wink3: :wink3:

Feel better soon!! :) :) :) :) :)

Now I see what was the real motive for been training   :P

Yeah, I think it is a requirement that they have to be hot. I never liked having my shirt off so much before...and I was only 16, so it was pretty intense. :wink3: :wink3:

ahaahha! so true!

requirement!

why are they ALL so hot?! :wink3: !!!!

they are either really hot guys or really ugly old women! :cry2:

You know...you are right about that, too!! The other trainer WAS an ugly old woman!!!!

unfortunatly mines older and not hot.

if only i had a hot one to lift my shirt up today instead :wink3:

i got a machine put on my back today. it's sort of like a massage with paddels... except its not pleasent...and it hurt after a while.

:sneaky: :sneaky: :sneaky: :wink3: :wink3:

I think I had the same thing used on me! It's a pretty weird sensation, huh? :)
