:lol: i sometimes listen to music but it's like someone said: i can't help singing the songs so i can't fall asleep either! :P but what is really bad is when you have something important to do the next day and you can't sleep, like an exam or something... i get really annoyed with myself!

when i cant sleep i sometimes look through photos of me and my mates or put my radio on sleep and look through messages on my phone/txt people at all hours. i usually have my fan or air con going so that puts me to sleep :P its so hot here :sunny: :sweatdrop: :sweatdrop:
