Guys alcahol is a nice drug, it may be unhealthy and whatnot but if you drink sensibly you wont ruin your liver until your at least 70. And who wants to live to that old vegititive age anyway? (No, really) Valery of course a drunk person can turn on a computer, if they can manage to find themselves a way home and get into their house then they can turn on a computer.
