Well I suppose sometimes you can just get really drunk. But if you are just a bit drunk, turning on a computer isnt a problem. There's different levels of drunkness.

jeeze guys, you only live once, why not have some fun? and if you like fun intoxicated, then so be it. and interesting ppl certainly do drink. drinking is fun, try it. its just been labelled bad by media, etc, but theres nothing wrong if you drink responsibly and just for a good time...

Being drunk isnt a bad thing per se, it depends on the night, the situations and things, because being drunk at parties helps people bond and make friends. ive met some awesome people drunk at parties taht are good friends now, its helped me bond to alot of people. if anything drinking has helped me socialy ALOT.

Sober the fuck up and go to an AA meeting.

I don't drink personally, past experiences (i.e. my dad was an alcoholic and I haven't spoke to him now for 3 years) so that probably changed my views on it, but I stand by what I say. If you NEED to drink to have fun, you're probably a very boring person. I'm not saying that those who choose to drink are boring, just that I find it pretty pathetic when I hear 15 year old kids around my school complaining that they aren't gonna go out and do anything cause they won't get pissed so it won't be as good. I admit that it had nothing to do with this topic, but people were talking about alcohol and people drinking so I figured I'd add my little view to it. If some people don't like what I say, well... I'm sorry but to be honest I can't say I care. It's a public forum where everything anyone says will be taken in the wrong way by SOMEONE. That's the same thing with this thread. Manders didn't HAVE to post it, and I'm sure a lot of people on here don't care for this thread, but then again... About 90% of the threads in this board don't have any meaning to me. I'll admit, I don't mind threads people make for other friends, but people making THEIR OWN username threads? I mean... what?

Missing the point Jack, I agree of course that people who NEED to get drunk to have fun are pathetic. But the point is that posting that derivitive opinion in this thread kind of implies that the person who made this thread needed to get drunk to have fun, and is pathetic.
