i live in apartment and i think all my neighbours are sharing the same IP number!

if they download something in rapidshare i have to wait until they done!

and at this time they online a lot, it's crowded, that's why my modem works just like a dial-up..

i never had problems like that cause i live in a house and i don't have to share with anyone :sneaky:

but it still goes very slow....

it goes slow because of the internet conection(don't ask me what speed cause i don't know exactly :embarassed: :lol: )

you can click on the computer icon on your toolbar.. (i think it's called toolbar)
