Have any of you guys heard this song? Just wonderin what u think of it... 4 me, i think its a pretty good song. No idea when it was recorded though. Ideas? Opinions?

Oh and there are a series of different tracks on the In The Sun EP. If you're talking about the live version featuring all of Coldplay, that was recorded at Austin City Limits, and released as part of Michael Stipe's Charity EP for Hurricane Katrina victims

Its an absolutely beautiful song, Chris Martin actually quoted it as being the best song ever written. If you listen to the words it really is sad cause the song was made for the Katrina Hurricane victims. It is beautiful!

Don't think the song was actually made for Hurricane victims... it's originally a Joseph Arthur track, that Michael Stipe covered with Chris (Joseph himself, and others) and the proceeds go to Katrina victims. But it wasn't originally made for that sole reason.

 

Either way, it's a beautiful song. :heart:
