The AROBTTH artwork...

Featured Replies

To my mind, the A rush of blood to the head artcover is perfect, it's one of the best artworks I've ever seen in my life;it's such a paranoid and schizophreniac picture! Don't you think?

Now the point is, what is that supposed to represent, if it is supposed to represent something at all??

Well it is part of a even bigger picture. The single songs off that CD has different thing on it that all up. Let me look around and I will post the pictures!

Here you go:

I guess I was wrong a liitle. It looks like it different pictures of different part of someones body.

The AROBTTH pic is actually an existing photo that the boys liked and made it the album cover. Taken by a digital photographer (Solve Sundsbo) and he also made the ones for singles and turned the guy's faces into 3D images. The Scientist is Will, Clocks is Chris, GPASUYF is Guy and In My Place is Jonny boy

I think the artwork for AROBTTH is brilliant.

i always thought that because the figure is missing a part of his head, it might be something to do with the rush of blood going to his head...

bit crazy i know

explain!

The symbols spell out words or mean words. I really don't know how to explain, but look each CD says the name of the song on the cover:

You won't be able to "see" it since each letter has it's own code.

Oh, you mean, the X&Y covers have a code that we can understand?

mhhh ... i know that the AROBTTH singles represent a member ... but i can't see Chris on the clocks cover ... O.o

Yeah I remember I had the most trouble with Chris and Will. Chris' angle is from the top, as if you were in a high building looking down on Chris. His arms are on the top of his head, and you can see his nose and his back. I think his is my favorite!

WOW, that stuff is really interesting, folks!

i thought the clocks cover was looking up from inside his neck

aaaah, no i see :D

Hey, people interested in the X&Y codeletters

Someone at Coldplay@LJ posted this really awesome link:

You can enter any word and make your own X&Y album art. It's really cool to do your name.

Just thought I'd share. >> =off-topic=

That's amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

Dandy!!!
