I think you have to go to My Profile,and I think you can also change it on the chat network...

Yahoo Messenger is pants IMO.

 

I believe the final verison of windows live messenger will have something inside so you can talk to all your mates on yahoo messenger.

 

Or you can download Trillian or another 3rd party IM client which links all the networks together :)
