Ever heard of Melatonin?

It's an all-natural sleep aide. It works with your body's chemistry to restore balances to help you feel tired at the right time and fall asleep. It's like $10 for 60 tablets. You can get it at Wal-Mart, no prescription. It has helped me a lot, you oughta check it out.

Really? Thanks for the tip! :nice: I'll ask mom about it tomorrow! Maybe I can be a normal teenager and actually sleep for once :laugh3:

Def. go for it. It's harmless and cheap and really works!

I hope so! I haven't had a real nights sleep on a week night in God knows how long :( I hope it works though. Benadryl doesn't work on me.

This stuff is different, it's natural. It may take a bit of time to form habitually and build in your system, but give it at least a couple of weeks taking it at a normal bedtime and then trying to go to sleep.
