When you pre-ordered the cd from Newbury in the states it came with a free separate signed booklet. So I presume they gave Mew a bunch of spare booklets and got them to sign them and then gave them away with the cd. Bonus is I now have a sealed cd that I can sell on eBay :D and keep the signed bit for myself

he just wants to mess with out heads a bit more :P
