Disaster!!

 

Been using it for nearly 2 years no probs - then today its no longer recgonised.

 

Re-installed drivers - no luck.

 

Any ideas?

 

Its got loads of saved games, music, work stuff, memories and other private stuff on it.

Ok, the first fact you have to admitt is your Drive is dead. You can try to turn it in using another computer, but that hardly will work.

If it is still necessary to take the information out from the drive, it must be disassembled and data storage turned in in a specific way, which can only be done by :

1. People who really KNOW what they are doing

2. (preferrably) by th local service center (you will need to pay)
