I just watched the christ and ricky gervais interview and i just found out that he said that he doesnt rust black people. and he answers racism is a state of mind. thas a load of crap and he knws it. i supported them on everything that they have done but i dnt knw if can anymore becos he just made a racist comment and tried to justify it. dnt knw wat to do as a african american. here watch the interview

Chris was playing a stupid, racist, greedy asshole in that Extras episode! Please don't worry, it was all a stupid joke! Listen to the other things he said - all crap, all fun! I do understand your point of view and that you probably hate that humour, and I'm not too fond of it either, but please be aware that he didn't mean it as a racist comment and that he said exactly the OPPOSITE of what he thinks! In this episode, he represents exactly the opposite of himself - and you know that, because he cares a lot about charity organisations and helping other people, and in the episode he only cares about promoting his album! Don't worry!

It really wasn't his actual views - it's exactly the opposite. Rayman is right - it was satire - he was saying those things to ridicule people who actually do think those crazy things...
