I am a bit confused on two seperate issues, but they all seem to come back to EMI.

 

[1] The DVD, I have a feeling it will eventually get released but if not many fans would be very upset. I think it will be the special announcement soon, but we have to wait and see.

 

[2] I don't understand why/how the label is limiting Chris Martin's collaborations with others...we all know he has collaborated with other artists in writing, recording and singing. But remember the huge fuss about him not being able to sing on All Good Things with Nelly Furtado? I began to accept that Chris would never sing on any collaborations. Now he's on Beach Chair and probably Homecoming! And of course don't forget the Faultline and Ron Sexsmith songs. I just don't know how EMI can justify their flip-flopping on the issue.

Sigh, I don't know either.. I'm not an expert in these questions regarding the music industry, which seems much more mysterious than we can possibly imagine! Who knows what's going on in their heads..

Well I don't like EMI very much... from what we know they seem kind of controlling.
