Exams, the one thing I don't miss after leaving college.

Exams in the whole scheme of things are worthless, they are just marked on how you performed on that particular day, so if you are brilliant and fuck up badly in the exam, according to the old system your rubbish. Bring back coursework I say.

And SATS are completely worthless, you don't even get a piece of paper saying you got a level 8 in Maths.

*Gets ready for comments like "they decide what set you go into for your GCSEs"*

True, the Sats have a little bearing on what set you go into for GCSE, but it is a case of the teacher should know what set you will be put into, and in case of my school, at christmas in year 10, it would be a big review, so if you were finding life easy, they would move you up and vice-versa. And because schools teach GCSEs over 2 years (as opposed to 1 year like your meant to), it's easy enough to catch up.

Well, art is a class, so yes.

You have to take exams for everything unless you have co-op or are a steachers or office aide.

Yes I know, but I did not know you had to go during Exam week. When we did an exam like that, we just did it during regular school hours.;)
