Passenger rapes woman bus driver

 

A woman bus driver has been raped by a passenger who stayed on her vehicle at the end of its late-night journey.

 

The attack happened on a double-decker bus that had taken revellers from Southampton city centre to other towns.

 

After the last of the passengers got off on 4 February, the driver turned off the lights. Police said she "felt a presence" and then a man grabbed her.

 

He forced the driver on to the upper deck before sexually assaulting her and fleeing.

 

Detectives have appealed for witnesses to come forward.

Very sad news, I hope they catch that rapist and either lock him up for a good few years or deport him.
