What is a good way to start getting fit?

Exercise!!! Go running or take up a sport such as basketball or footy (and go to training every week!! :veryangry:)

 

What is a good way to build muscle?

Although I'm strongly opposed to muscly guys...Go to the gym and do weights. I hear playing guitar makes people bulkier also. :thinking:

When I was in that situation I became friends with all the senior students lol. They kept me sane.

- Try telling her to sing for you. That might work.

- That sounds like a good idea mate. You'll need to sort out your time later so why not start early.

- If you like her, and think she might like you too, then tell her. I learnt the hard way not to hide those sort of feelings from people. If she says your funny then thats a good thing, girls like guys who make them laugh.

-Exercise, eat well. Simple. Walking is a very good exercise, so try that.

-Visiting the gym most probably. Although best not take my advice on this issue.

-Maybe just try to think about things that make you happy? Maybe a certain song, funny incidents.

-I wouldn't recommend getting drunk. It usually feels horrible the next morning and you don't remember much from the previous night.

-Buy a bicycle.
