I went to watch the Leafs play the Senators a couple of years ago, and a couple of Leafs fans said they were wearing Wings jerseys so that they wouldn't be found out by the Ottawa fans...pretty sad,lol.

Meh. As usual, they're fighting it out for 8th place. They could still make the playoffs, but it would take a miracle. They're good at rallying at the last moment though, so there's still a chance.

Me neither. I used to be passionate about it, but nowadays, I catch the scores on the radio. That's about it. When the playoffs come around I really get into it. I want the cup back in Canada!!! No offense,lol.

It's been way too long since it's been on this side of the border! But I have to admit, Carolina earned it...if you define 'earning it' as causing as many injuries as it takes to get to the final round. I'm not guilty ofsour grapes, I just prefer fair play. If it ends up in Detroit because they played good hockey, I'll be the first to congratulate 'em.

Actually, and as well, as I recall, Detroit is the winningest American team of the cup, ranking third in overall all time wins.
