it's been ok, I haven't really done any thing all day, so thats always good. Right now i'm just playing guitar.... How about you?

I went to Basingstoke by train, having to change at Andover for a rail replacement service, doing a bit of shopping before coming home, wasting 30 minutes at Andover waiting for the local service train.

I feel like an ignorant American... Where is Basingstoke?

Just looking for CDs/DVDs/Books etc, visited a couple of the charity shops to see if they had any good 2nd hand CDs, didn't buy much though

well i'm jewish so i celebrate hannukah. It starts pretty early this year, in four days i think

we don't do much, it's not that big of a holiday. We just light candles for eight nights and say a few prayers. for school holidays, i don't know what i'm doing yet and i have no idea when it starts :thinking:.

School finished today over here where I am (where ever that it is)....What am i diong tomorrow?.....Oh yeah, I'm going to buy knives and forks with my brother.... :tongue:

 

Hannukah seems a lot less commercial than Christmas, I suppose it's a nice time to spend with family, unlike Christmas where all we think about is Santa... :tongue:

Its not really less commercial, there are just less jews in the world so it doesn't get as much attention..
