September 23, 200718 yr Hi. Long time reader, first time poster. I found this in a fitness forum. A guy, 22, wants to have sex with a girl who's 16. I'm the dad of a 1 year old daughter. I am worried about her enough as it is, but I cant think of how much I'd worry about this if this was my daughter. I'm angry about this guy doing this, am I right to be angry? What would you do if your daughter was in this situation? September 23, 200718 yr The guy is 22, the girl is 16. So it's legal to have sex with her if she agrees to. On the moral side, a 22 year bloke having sex with a 16 year old girl, depending on if they is any love between the 2 and they plan to continue having a relationship (so not a case of "have sex, goodbye") than it's fine on that count. But as someone who believes in no sex until marriage it's wrong on those moral grounds, but hardly nobody takes those grounds into account anymore.

September 23, 200718 yr I think its weird for a 22 year old to want to have sex with a 16 year old.. Unless they met and started to fancy one another on accident. Its hard to fend off feelings do to age. If anything the age difference makes it feel taboo, therefor funner, risky. I'm biased though, I would date a 40 year old man if I were attracted to him.. I will be 18 Monday.. so yeahhh... :laugh4: Whats the name of someone opposite of a pedophile? :laugh4:
September 23, 200718 yr and I am debating on whether I should go on out with a 39 year old man. It is clear that he likes me but well.. he's 39 and well it comes down to the same thing. He has needs.. and I.. Well I'm still a virgin and I don't really want to do that. By the way, I'm 22 and look like 18 year old. He did asked me if it was appropriate to ask me out. But it reminds me of the scene in The Upside of Anger.. the mom asks why the older man won't date a woman his age and he says its because younger girls tend to be happy and less bitter with life. Sounds like a good reason to me.
