Hi guys. There's this Dutch website called Fabchannel, which broadcasts concerts from Paradiso and the Melkweg (Amsterdam) live and keeps them available for 2 years or something, but I would REALLY love to have the audio for one of these concerts, or the video on my pc. Can anyone help me out here? The concert I want to have the audio and video off is located at http://www.fabchannel.com/wir_sind_helden

You can record the audio stream using a program like Audacity.

I have Audacity on my pc, but I have no idea how to work it, especially on this website. Could you help me out?

I better not, the last time I tried to help someone use Audacity I ended up breaking their machine.

I think I figured it out, yay. Any thoughts on the video bit though?

I know there is some video ripping software which rips the video streams from your graphics card but I can't remember the name.
