Yeah the 'Nucks really needed to add something more up front.

Nice blog. Agree with you on most points.

Also noticed that you were listening to the Stars. :nice:

Yeah, I bought "Set Yourself On Fire" the other day and have been listening to it quite a bit.

I can't believe Toronto did NOTHING to speak of with their trades. I guess I'm happy Mats is staying on, but it's too bad he won't get a cup before he retires.

The problem is that the Leafs sell out every game, win or lose, so they're complacent. I can't believe I'm saying this, but if fans started boycotting games for a while, it might wake management up.

ANy thoughts on Ottawa letting Paddock go?

Quite the impressive debut for Steve Bernier... 2 goals, 1 assist? I think he's working toward a permanent spot on our top line. :D

He's got less than half of the points that Dainius Zubrus had when he came last season at the deadline, but already produced more than he did in 7 games with us. I've got a good feeling about him.

I'm not surprised at all to see Paddock go. I mean the team has been unmotivated. I can guarantee that Emery would not be getting away with his shenanigans on a team like New Jersey where they are stricter.

And before they were blaming stuff on Alfie and Heater being hurt, but now that they're back the team hasn't improved at all.

They needed something to wake them up if they hope to get past round one this spring.

That was pathetic.

Canucks should go jump off a bridge

At least Malibu got a million bucks!

YEah, the million dollar giveaway was the highlight of that game!

And agreed about paddock...but they're still not any better without him. Hopefully they wake up soon. I want a huge pile of Canadian teams at the end, and we all know my team won't be there, lol.

I have VERY high hopes for Montreal this year too...lookin' good!

God dammit Vancouver! Blew a 2 goal lead to lose the game in overtime!!!

Montreal in first place!!!!

First time I remember this, this late in the season.

Canucks are playing garbage hockey right now.

Not showing up on Sunday and losing an important game tonight.

This team is not going to make it anywhere playing like this! :(

Sabres and Coyotes are still out of playoff spots, but I can hope. 15/16 games left...

Buffalo has a good chance to make it in I would say. Its nice Vanek is starting to play good...I mean they're only paying him a gazillion dollars a season.

I love Bryzgalov. :P

Who won last night? :smug:

Who won last night? :smug:

The Canadiens, not just Carey Price. :P

However, the Coyotes fired a hell of a lot of shots on him. I was really hoping for their 10 year drought against Montreal to end. After all, they were winning 2-1 in the 3rd. :(

Yeah, luckily he was sun burnt from fishing, not sun burnt on his neck from the red light going off too much. :P

All these comebacks and awesome performances by Price are making Habs fans extremely happy.

I was hoping the Yotes would beat the Sens today :(

Nice win bye the 'Nucks. Almost shot themselves in the foot their at the end with the penalties.

Yeah. Still, they struggled against a team that hasn't been playing that well.

Need to play even better!

That 5 on 3 was brutal. I meant they did score, but it was a lucky bounce.

Its just so different seeing a top notch powerplay like Montreal's compared to Vancouvers.

And Naslund has to get out of his slump!
