When the twisted logic tour was in full swing espcailly in the UK. The offical COLDPLAY board set up a ticket exhange or spare tickets section.

 

With this forum now gone, there wont be anything there for the forthcoming tour wheras there is vairous speculation including from myself will happen over the comming seasons.

 

Do you think such a idea would work here...

 

I am posting this for the time being in the coldplay.com section to get feedback from mods, Ian and members alike..

It may afterwards if the idea is feasable have its own section..

I guess also here at COLDPLAYING.com being such the nice people we are we could also use this as section so forum members friends` can meet.

A new CP.com is going to launch at some point soon and so the official forum might make a reappearance.

So the site as it is at the moment is only there for a short while.

 

I heard they have stoped the forum admist complaints with members auguring postings etc, causing offence, and coldplay.com management have taken the decison to scrap the fourm.

 

Surley if they was working on something different than they have right now it will already be there.

They haven't stopped the forum itself. If you go to forums.coldplay.com you can see that it's still there and people still post on it but it's not part of coldplay.com anymore.

I think they're working on something different right now but it probably not finished yet, that's why it's not up.

if possible this is a great idea. during the 2005 & 2006 tour i was able to sell and buy good seats for the shows at face value.

if there aren't any legal issues involved it would be great to have. springsteen's fans have a forum for tix all at face value and it seems to go well. you just have to have a a few rules and post how to securely complete a transaction (ex: paypal is good, western union never do).
