July 10, 200323 yr Yeah i only like 2 Pulp albums' date=' Different Class & Hardcore, i think those are the names, havent listened to them in ages...Blur are the classiest act of the whole BritPop thing and by far are the most talented & intelligent[/quote'] wow! You're my new best friend man :D Blur is GREAT! although I DO miss Graham Coxon! :( yeah! It did take me a while to get into them though, wish i could say i was there from the start..i just wasn't feeling that whole Parklife thing, but everything after is awesome! "sad drunk and poorly, sleep in really late" WOOHOO :) :D Yay for Blur! I like that little smilie in your signature! and Jarvis looks bloody scary

July 11, 200323 yr LOL@^!! DUDE. I found a hilarious quote by noel gallagher on his britpop years in MOJO mag: "...I spent the rest of the year drinking and buying cars i couldnt drive, buying houses i couldnt live in, buying the most ridiculous clothes...thats when the drug habit kicked in, wearing big fucking huge sunglasses growing your hair long and pretending you were fucking ziggy stardust"  Alex James: "I adapted by getting very drunk and fucking everybody. Glory Days! It was fun being a Britpop twat. We were just pissing around."
July 11, 200323 yr Original Brit pop ruled...the early 90's stuff was fantastic and what brought me to love music...before them it was all Phil Collins, Dance, Trance, House during the late 80's...then bands like Stone Roses, happy mondays, Inspiral carpets came along....followed by Blur, oasis, Pulp, Cast, The La's, Ocean Colour Scene, Bluetones... Hooray for brit pop for saving my generation from the likes of 2 Unlimited...
July 11, 200323 yr funny you mention Phil Collins, check this out: Liam Gallagher about the state of music before BritPop: "It was just Phil Collins and all these boring people and boring bands who were playing big gigs but it was like 'you've got nowt to say, you dont look like rock stars, you look like dicks in tights, like summat off a pantomime and its time for some real lads to get up there and take charge" LMAO @ dicks in tights!! HOW TRUE...sure there was somen crap in BritPop, there is in every scene..but people have short memories, remember what it was like before!
July 11, 200323 yr omg i never read that quote b4 by Liam Gallagher, im just going off my memory ...omg i think like liam LOL NOW get the fook off my land you damn photographers!!!!
