Really easy songs for accostic guitars

I honestly find most of those songs above me. I need something with little finger direction for chord changes. F is a bitch of a chord. So is F/C.

The first songs i've learned on my guitar were some easy u2 songs. Here's my suggestion:

Angel of harlem - to master C and F

Desire - to master fast chord changing

Staring at the sun

Who's gonna ride your wild horses

I've been playing guitar for around the same time as you, Stephen, and I find "Karma Police" to be fairly easy (didn't see if anyone else mentioned it). Look it up somewhere; I can send you a good link if you can't find it.

I've been told that, I've looked at it though and I can't pick out the acoustic rhythm of the song. Would be a great one to learn tho but I cant find any nice sheet music (I can only read chords so far)

Of all the Radiohead songs I want to learn that and Fake Plastic Trees are top priority. Along with The Scientist / Yellow and A Rush of Blood to the head.

Also sorry for quadruple posting, the site kept crashing.

Creep is really easy too. Only four chords IIRC.

I think they're G, B, C, C minor. Sorry if I'm wrong, but I think better with a guitar in my hands.

Been playing this one today, got the futhest I've got with a song yet. Nice basic riff with a change of chord at the end. Not sure on the exact riff I just play what sounds right (guess thats the best way)

For the chorus tho what can you do? play faster, play harder? or are there new chords?

Which string do I not hit for Cm the fattest or the thinnest?

Just reviewed the thread and I don't think anyone's mentioned Coldplay's "I Ran Away". I picked it up really quick in probably two hours (I'm not saying I can play it perfectly, but I know now at least how to play it). It's pretty simple.

very very easy radiohead songs:

-creep (only 4 chords)

-lucky (good for changin' chords)

-the bends

-street spirit (good for your arpeggio practise...)

-karma police

-no surprises

-how to dissapear completely..

-nude (fairly easy to play, difficult to sing..)

and i think coldplay's lost is also very easy...

good luck!!
