The Album To Remember Them By...

ooohkay. I think everyone needs to calm down a bit, and maybe reserve opinions about the whole album until we've all heard THE WHOLE ALBUM. I'm not so crazy about A Spell A Rebel Yell or Viva La Vida(song), but I looove Violet Hill. But I'm not ready to quit my Coldplay fandom based on 2 songs I'm not over the moon about.

And I'm also a little nervous about what the rest of the album is going to sound like...change for the sake of change isn't always good. But good things can come out of it...and until we've heard the whole album, we can't judge it appropriately. imo :-)

edit: Joshua Tree is my fave U2 album, I think, and I'm actually not so crazy about their first few albums. Individual songs from those albums, most definitely. But as single entities, Boy/October/War aren't on the top for me.
