May 8, 200818 yr Now that Viva La Vida is out, what do think is the best title track? I say A Rush of Blood to the Head.
May 8, 200818 yr Now that Viva La Vida is out, what do think is the best title track? I say A Rush of Blood to the Head. Agreed! Much as I LOVE VLV, AROBTTH is still the best title track, imo, but that's in the context of the whole album.
May 8, 200818 yr Yeah, I agree...AROBTTH was brilliant, probably one of their best songs... Although...XY was a pretty good song too, at first it was my least favourite, but its one of the better songs from X&Y in my opinion... I've only just listened to VLV, so I dunno how I feel about it yet...
May 8, 200818 yr VLV's got my vote on this one. Parachutes wasn't so much a track as filler, X&Y was meh, and while I can appreciate AROBTTH for what it is, I never really caught on to it.
May 8, 200818 yr ^ couldn't agree more - X&Y was fairly forgettable, although it wasn't bad, and AROBTTH was pretty cool but VLV is stellar
May 8, 200818 yr AROBTTH is definitely their bestest, most strong song out of all the albums, so yeah, that one gets my vote. :)
May 8, 200818 yr AROBTTH was amazing, VLV and then X&Y. i loved X&Y...idk why no one else seems to appreciate it =/
May 8, 200818 yr I voted AROBTTH as best title track. VLV sounds like a song that would come from a Chris Martin solo album IMO. AROBTTH is 100% Coldplay!
May 8, 200818 yr Close between VLV an AROBTTH for me, but I probably have to say VLV this time. It's near perfect in my opinion. Edit: AROBTTH and VLV are neck and neck... interesting.
May 8, 200818 yr Viva la Vida. AROBTTH is amazing live but the album version is a bit too 'flat' compared to VLV.
May 8, 200818 yr I'm saying Viva La Vida for now. AROBTTH is also a brilliant song. I love X&Y when I listen to the album in a vinyl way (ie. its the end of the first half...and it does that so freaking well!) Parachutes is just cute... But i say viva now..however, i probably need another year to think it over ..as opposed to a days worth of listenings...
