First CP Show

Featured Replies

This will be my first CP show. I failed to get a presale code so i'm stuck getting a ticket tomorrow at 10 a.m for the cleveland show. I was wondering where the best seats would be? I've heard they have a good laser show and I don't want to miss that if I have floor seats that are too close. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have never been to a gig and come away awestruck by the light show. I have been blown away by a bands performance and to be honest I prefer minimal lights and effects.

Also I prefer to stand at gigs. But if it has to be seating, well i don't like front row-sometimes it feels like you are disconnected from the crowd and it feels like watching a gig on TV.

I wouldn't let where you are sitting dictate your level of enjoyment-if you are having a miserable night, it will be a miserable night wherever you sit. So just be happy and open-minded about where you sit and you will find happiness! Now I sound like some Jedi master!!!

Coldplay's show is amazing. Hands down, one of the best out there. For me? The best.

Try and get something straight on, rather than to the sides. Even if you are facing straight on, but are further back, you'll still get all the fun of the light show, and the big screen (if they have one, like last time).

I agree with tiger. It's all about going because you love Coldplay. Don't let where you sit dictate how much fun you have. For my first Coldplay show, I was like, 90 degrees to the stage, like, as far to the side as possible, and I was really high up. Not great seats in the slightest. But I came away with the best concert I have ever been to. And I was once at the FENCE for Kanye. He gave me five. lol. But it didn't compare.

Im hoping to go to my first concert PERIOD.

^I was concerned about how much my seat would dictate the level of enjoyment, but you guys have managed to calm me down and stop my worrying. Thank you. Boy I wish the Thanks button was up and running. Be sure to remember youll both get thanks from me as soon as its back up.

Now Im just happy to be going, no matter where I will sit:D
