Okay, now I'm still relatively new to this forum, so I don't know if there's any threads about the best Coldplay music videos, but if there isn't, maybe this can serve the discussion. The main reason I wanna do this is because I wouldn't have met Coldplay when I did if it wasn't for The Scientist music video. That is easily my favorite. I like how it tells a story, its unconventional nature and just the whole feeling you get while watching it.

 

I do wonder if anyone else saw the error in it though, where the glass from the car goes back into the windshield, and its shown fixed, and then they show the car flipping backwards and the glass is broken or not there entirely. Did anyone else notice this?

I too saw The Scientist first!:D

I really generally don't like their videos, I just can't explain why. I guess it would probably be Trouble, followed by The Scientist. I hope the Viva La Vida video is a classic.

I like The Scientist best I think... not sure. But I really was underwhelmed by Fix You's vid.

^aww I loved Fix You. The lights "guiding him home", the symbolism of the band and bandmates being his home, and the live performance at the end. Such a well done video in my opinion.
