Navegador
Here we go again guys... (thanks for the parcial lyrics, felicote :)) I made some edits in felicote's lyrics. As usual, underscores means I don't know, (???) means I'm not sure of it, square brackets means another possiblity. At _____ you'd go walking 'Til the breaking of the day (???) The morning is for sleeping Through the dark streets they go searching To see God in their own way Save the night time for your weeping Your weeping Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London ____ So we rolled down to the river With a towel to go swimming (???) Further curses to be broken We go wonder neath the arches Where the witches are missing (???) There are Ghost Towns in the ocean The ocean Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London ____ (Guitar Solo) God is in the houses And God is in my head And all the cemeteries in London I say "God come in my garden" [i see God come in my garder] (???) but I dont know what He said For my ____ wasn't open Not open Singing la la la la la la laaeey And the night over London ____ Singing la la la la la la laaeey There's no light over London today
lillylove
Bold text are the lyric changes that I heard: At night they would go walking 'Til the breaking of the day The morning is for sleeping Through the dark streets they go searching To see God in their own way Save the night time for your weeping Your weeping Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London hey So we rode down to the river With a towel to go swimming (???)- I want to know what he says after "With a..." it's bugging me! Further curses to be broken We go wander neath the arches Where the witches are missing There are Ghost Towns in the ocean The ocean Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London hey (Guitar Solo) God is in the houses And God is in my head And all the cemeteries in London I say "God come in my garden" but I dont know what He said For my heart(???) wasn't open Not open Singing la la la la la la laaeey And the night over London hey Singing la la la la la la laaeey There's no light over London today
BethWhalley
This is what I hear: At night they would go walking 'Til the breaking of the day The morning is for sleeping Through the dark streets they go searching To see God in their own way Save the night time for your weeping Your weeping Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London lay So we rode down to the river With a towel to go swimming (???) Definitely not, but I can't hear what it is. Really frustrating :\ For their curses to be broken We go wander 'neath the arches Where the witches are missing There are Ghost Towns in the ocean The ocean Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London lay (Guitar Solo) God is in the houses And God is in my head And all the cemeteries in London I say "God come in my garden" but I dont know what He said For my heart wasn't open Not open Singing la la la la la la laaeey And the night over London lay Singing la la la la la la laaeey There's no light over London today

Navegador
I think that "With a towel to go swimming" is wrong too. The "towel" part i'm sure it's right, but IDK if it's "swimming", AAARGH, IT'S KILLING ME :veryangry2:
Mara18
Aah now it's killing me too! I am pretty sure the last word is spring (or someting?)

Faith Akiyama
this is what i got So we rode down to the river Where the toiling ghosts spring (not sure about "toiling") For their curses to be broken This is closest to what I'm hearing, too! I thought it was "swing" instead of "spring" at first, but spring makes more sense in context :)
Navegador
I think the final version is this At night they'd go walking 'Til the breaking of the day The morning is for sleeping Through the dark streets they go searching To see God in their own way Save the night time for your weeping Your weeping Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London, hey So we rode down to the river Where the toiling ghosts spring For their curses to be broken We go wonder 'neath the arches Where the witches are missing There are Ghost Towns in the ocean The ocean Singing La la la la la la laaeey And the night over London lay (Guitar Solo) God is in the houses And God is in my head And all the cemeteries in London I see God come in my garden but I dont know what He said For my heart wasn't open Not open Singing la la la la la la laaeey And the night over London lay Singing la la la la la la laaeey There's no light over London today Consense? Tell it now, or object forever!
busybeeburns
here are the lyrics from WikiColdplay: http://wiki.coldplaying.com/index.php/Cemeteries_Of_London At night they would go walking ‘til the breaking of the day, The morning is for sleeping Through the dark streets they go searching to see God in their own way, Save the nighttime for your weeping Your weeping Singing la lalalalala la lé... And the night over London lay So we rode down to the river where the toiling ghosts spring, For their curses to be broken We’d go underneath the arches where the witches are in the saying, There are ghost towns in the ocean The ocean Singing la lalalalala la lé... And the night over London lay God is in the houses and God is in my head, and all the cemeteries in London I see God come in my garden, but I don’t know what he said, For my heart it wasn’t open Not open Singing la lalalalala la lé... And the night over London lay Singing la lalalalala la lé... There’s no light over London today…
