There's a good chance if you only used Windows' own delete function.

 

I used to use Tune Up Utilities to recover deleted files and it seemd to work quite well (that was until the search for Coldplay tickets blew my PC up lol).

 

Check that software out - I got mine on a free trial from Download.com - but also hunt around there, there may be newer, better or more specialised programs now (especially if you are willing to pay a bit!)

I can't use it, but I worked by another programme [ Recover My Files ] ant it's worked perfectly.
