Did anyone just catch this? I randomly was flipping through my satellite guide and saw "Coldplay" under the information for Daily Show.

 

They performed 42. I love the album version, but hearing it played live was amazing. I can't wait to hear this in concert.

 

For those who caught the show, what did you think?

 

EDIT: They also played Lost to close the show out! Haha awesome!!

 

Chris is hilarious too. Jon asked which nations the album was #1 in. Chris replied "United States, the Axis of Evil, everywhere." Hahahahh. good stuff.

I was so happy that they played 42 and Lost!

 

I was sure it was going to be Viva La Vida and Violet Hill, not that I don't like those two tracks, but it was something new and I think 42 may just be my favorite on the new album.

 

I thought it was awesome, I love when they really just rock out, they all get a little bit closer together , it's great.
