If so, go here: http://www.imageshack.us

Then click where it says "browse", find the picture in one of your folders, and click "upload". It might take a minute, but then it will give you a bunch of different links. Scroll to the bottom of the page that comes up, until you find the link that says "URL" in front of it, and copy and paste the URL... and then put it inside these codes: on the forums. :D
