Yeah-- well, as someone who is into writing herself, I found it somewhat poorly written and DEFINITELY way too mushy and corny. And it really made me angry how Bella never fights for herself in the climax of each book-- one of the men has to come in and protect her! :rolleyes:

:sneaky::sneaky::sneaky:that's what got me into it. and some of the mushiness...and the torn bet the two guys...and not in a soap-opera way, but a slightly more realistic way(and I know that's ridiculous since one was a werewolf, the other a vampire:rolleyes: LOL but u know what I mean?!?!). And yes, the writing is simplistic, and aimed at teens. I wish there was a "rated R" version. And not just for the frustrating parts!LOL Just topic-wise. But I did like the twist of vampires not being totally evil, killing machines...but hello she's a human! how could she fight them off....and I won't say anymore 'cause you'll all think I'm obsessed with thsi book, which I'm not:P(and don't want to ruin the ending for Carla, who is in the midst of reading the series!)
