Ugh I had the LONGEST week of work... maybe I'm spoiled because I really got along well with the people I worked with last summer but I really can't stand the people I'm with this summer... they're rude to me, lazy, don't even like being with the kids, and I feel like I'm doing twice as much work as I should be-- picking up their slack. :dozey: It's hard for me to be authoritative because I feel like I'm about the same age as them, even though I am a bit older. I need to be more assertive.:embarassed:
