We don't have that here. :( I googled it and the Netherlands in fact only have one Primark, Spain 8 and the rest are in Ireland and in the UK. :\

The clothes sure looks pretty though. :nice:

At the school ball, when I quickly went up a small staircase both my shoes fell off (I know :rolleyes: clumsy me. The shoes weren't tight). Then he, as the gentleman he is, picked one of them up for me. :blush:

He also took the chair out for me that first night we partied together. :P

guess where i just ran off too? the wine store!! i was out believe it or not! crazy day. i showed a house and there was an alaarm that went off in the house and the cops showed up and it was very emabarassing, my dog and my son threw up all over the house and my mother in law fell and its been nuts but now i have wine and spegetti!!

I went out to dinner with 2 friends last night, and at the end of the evening my friend asked me to come up to his place for a sc so I cuold check it out, (I had never seen it and am looking into buying a house, and there's something on sale in his street)

so anyway we walk in and his place is compeletely floaded! I felt sooo abd for him :( helped him mop everything up turns out his upstairs neighbour's washing machine broke it was hell!

Ummm you actually can take a boat, but only from a couple points that are farther east on Long Island. We're leaving from Christa's house, which is pretty far west on the island (and not point A as shown on the map because I didn't want to be too specific about where me or Christa lives in my sig :\). So from Christa's house it would probably take longer to drive out east and then take a ferry across the water than it would to just drive the whole way! Oh and the ferry is really expensive. :dozey:

But once a friend of mine (who's never been to Long Island) asked me if you had to take a boat to get there... she didn't realize there would be bridges! :lol:

Ummm I had a really busy day... at one point I was supposed to be in two places at once, so a lot of running around and stressing happened. I had a quiz too but I think I did really well on it. And then I had to run to the store to get supplies for another project! :freak: Busy day.

 

And now I just have to get a bit of homework done and get ready for my school visit tomorrow. I'm going to be observing a 2nd grade classroom!!

 

.... and I just realized I haven't eaten anything since this morning! :stunned: It's so unlike me to forget to eat! :lol:

It's a stupid project-- I have to print out a ton of articles my professor's assigned to us and sort them out and compile them into a "resource notebook"-- it's really just a waste of time, paper, and money, because I'm never going to have to time to read them all. :rolleyes:

Oh well... I have another project next week where I have to make a collage activity plan for preschoolers, so that will be much more fun! I love getting crafty things for kids to play with! :nice:

 

And yeah, the visit tomorrow should be pretty easy, just observing and stuff. I have a couple visits coming up where I actually have to teach, but I am so nervous about that, so I'm going to try not to think about it for now! :lol:

 

And I probably won't go eat just yet anyway, they put out a fresh batch of food at the dining hall at 8:30, so I'll wait a little bit. Plus one of the people who works there on Wednesday nights after 8:30 plays Coldplay on the radio in the room so I like to wait for him! :nice:
