The past week

Featured Replies

Firstly sorry for disappearing again, but the past week I haven't really been feeling like myself, thinking strange thoughts I haven't thought for ages since I was around 16, but hopefully I'm better because this song was the soundtrack to my depressions back 5 years ago and it's still working now:

That's not the beginning of the end

That's the return to yourself

The return to innocence

Love - Devotion

Feeling - Emotion

Love - Devotion

Feeling - Emotion

Don't be afraid to be weak

Don't be too proud to be strong

Just look into your heart my friend

That will be the return to yourself

The return to innocence

If you want, then start to laugh

If you must, then start to cry

Be yourself don't hide

Just believe in destiny

Don't care what people say

Just follow your own way

Don't give up and use the chance

To return to innocence

That's not the beginning of the end

That's the return to yourself

The return to innocence

Don't care what people say

Follow just your own way Follow just your own way

Don't give up, don't give up

To return, to return to innocence.

If you want then laugh

If you must then cry

Be yourself don't hide

Just believe in destiny.

But really, the past week I have been feeling really low, at work I have kept to myself for the majority of the time instead of being outgoing, just thinking to packing my life in and moving far away to start a new job, renting a flat or something and starting all over again. I still feel a bit low, but hopefully the weekend is what I need and I will return to normal.

So have I missed anything?

Not really...

But there's a kind of cure for depression/feeling low.

It's better to be surrounded by people you care about (and vice versa).

Or only chatting with your old neighbour. It keeps your thoughts away from the thing that's causing you troubles.

It was tested by me this week, and it helps. :)

That makes two of us :(

sorry I can't give you any advice.. I suck at it :cry:

dont like to know that you feel bad. i really hope you'll be alright soon. You deserve to be happy !

Hello David! Hmm.. did you miss anything? Oh, probably - but of what consequence it is, I cannot say for certain. Generally, the usual zaniness..

Best cure for the blues, I've found, is to go out and get some exercise - vigorous helps; plenty of rest; and spend time with cheerful people. Other than that, try some dark chocolate, and check out The Rocky and Bullwinkle show on Youtube?;)

Or, run off with the bar maid, and go have some fun on the beaches in Southern France.:P (it's just a suggestion - there are less expensive alternatives..)

I think a girl would help, lord knows if would help me!
