My favorite is probably VLVOD, just because it's the best to listen to as a whole. Others may have better songs, but Viva just flows and tells a story so well.

no way AROBTTH is the best.. no.. wait.. i love prospekts march too but songs like clocks, a rush of blood, the scientist, politik, god put a smile really make me think "great! this is perfection!"

I agree those may be better songs, but with X&Y and VIVA I don't ever skip any tracks. So those two are the best as an entire album in my opinion.

Yes I agree about how well VLVODAAHF flows. I hardly listen to albums from the front to back without stopping or skipping tracks, but the first time I listened to VLV I just sat through the whole thing. And in the end I was... 'Wow' :stunned:

But I don't hate any of the songs outright, I just get bored easily and skip a lot of tracks.

Yea, Daylight Live is amazing, but the album version got real old real fast for me. I think A Whsiper is the weakest song as well, but it still should be on there.

Oh man if you're listening all the way through X&Y is perfect to transition the slower moodier first half into the lighter faster half of the album.

 

Low is amazing vocally.

 

The Hardest part is just one of my all-time favorite songs.

 

And even Twisted Logic is a nice ending as long as you do Til Kingdom Come after it

I actually find this album second best all the way through. I find Parachutes weakest as far flowing from start to finish, but it still does it amazingly. I just think they've gotten more flowing with each new album.

I remember an interview the boys did, they did admit that they found the song sequence on Parachutes abit questionable.

 

But I love each song on that album as individuals.

I miss this kind of conversation. Thanks guys for bring the Coldplay mood back! Let's leave all those old crappy topics :P

 

Prospekt's March is a good EP though.

When I heard it for the first time, only Rainy Day has caught my ears :wacky:

 

But, today.. I love all tracks, except PFFA :P
