*I usually don't skip ANY on VLVOD. And of all the songs I do skip, I like them all a lot, I just usually skip them if I don;t want to listen to the whole album.

But now, LiT II is my favourite.

 

I can imagine, in a month's time, my favourite song on PM would change, just like it did 5 times for VLVODAAHF :rolleyes:

I remember an interview the boys did, they did admit that they found the song sequence on Parachutes abit questionable.

 

But I love each song on that album as individuals.

Well that's what I'm saying. As individual songs, AROBTTH is probably best for me, but as a flowing album, nothing can beat VLVOD.

My original favorite was DAAHF because of it's epic ending, it always made me get up and dance

 

Then it was Violet Hill, just because it is so haunting and dark

1st favourite: Violet Hill

 

Because it was the first new material I heard, and I'm just biased towards songs in minor key :P

 

2nd favourite: Life In Technicolor

 

Just because it struck me the first time I heard it. From the quiet dulcimer introduction to the swelling of the song when the drums and the guitars kick in... it was just amazing.

 

3rd favourite: Strawberry Swing

It was an alright track for me until the release of the music video.

 

5th favourite: Death And All His Friends

 

After seeing many YouTube vids of it performed live, I've grown to really love it. It's the combination of piano and guitar, and the contrast between the slow mellow start and the end when all the boys sing in unison (except Jonny :P) that I really like.

Yes, agree. I used to love LiT i very much, but after I listened LiTii I put the first version away :P Blame it all upon LiT ii :P No lah, I like both versions, but I prefer LiT ii more. :nice:
