u feeling any better???

I feel like crap my eyes are a little swollen.

Hi Chris :nice:

Um bye then :P

Hey Chris!:)

why bye Min????

sorry Min my computer is running quite slow... :\

no because he did the vanishing smiley thing so I thought he was going :P

hahahaha well Chris comes and goes all of a sudden :D

And I'll be going now.

May or may not be on the board much the next couple of days.

Talk to you on MSN Carla

I'm on msn right now talk to u there :)

Ricardo how are u??:D

do you really want me to help you if coldplay comes here with the hotel and etc?

do you want to help me??

do you want to be helped or not¡

well the hotel I told you is a good option

I've been to the DF some years ago but I really dont remember much, and I still dunno what I'll do when they come.

I'm just a bit afraid of getting lost if mom can't come with me :uhoh:

So did u say the hotel is 600 pesos a night?? it's like 60 dollars right?

but well if you want a place near the downtown or in reforma then i can think of some, but well, yes like 55 usd or 50usd

Don't worry, just don't use taxis and try to get on main streets always, you can move on the subway or on a touristic bus, like those 2 floored red english ones that takes you to touristic places

Yeah I was thinking about finding a 50 to 60 dollars hotel room!

I also wanna know some places u know... if I go with my mom she'll def want to go to La Basilica de Nuestra Señora, she's been there like 3 times.

La basilica?

god it sucks...

well I suggest you to go to Chapultepec, Chapultepec is a big forest in the middle of the city and it is one of the most representative places of Mexico city, it has a zoo, which is meh, two lakes, a big forest and some museums, which the best by far is the Museo Nacional de Historia, also known as Castillo de Chapultepec... maybe you're not related to the history of the place since you're not mexican, but the casttle itself it's beautiful, it was residence of Mexico's second emperor and other presidents, and it has a great view of the city since it is on a hill.

Very near there, crossing the reforma street, in front of the chapultepec forest, there is the Museo Nacional de Antropologia, the most important museum of the country, it has very important pieces of archaelogy, you know stuff about the aztecs and the mayas. And it has most of the time a temporary exposition of other countries (last time was an astounding russian collection of pieces from the tsars time).

Well I suggest going there, and to the historical downtown of course, to Bellas Artes and the zocalo, the biggest square in the world, You can get lost there in the day, you have a lot to see there (museums, restaurants, churchs, stores etc).

Or also you could try going to La Casa Azul, the house where Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera lived.

There is much other stuff to do, but I think that's enough for 2 days :P

hahaha now i really wanna go to el castillo de chapultepec ... last time I was in the DF I went to the zoo on a sunday but didn't see much cuz it was really crowded I wanted to the panda :P, for all the stuff u tell me sounds like I have some place to go to... I like museums and all that kinda things

And I'm so much into the mayas, aztecs and all of that stuff.... I just regret that when I went to Chichen Itza I couldnt climb up the pyramid :disappointed:.... will do next time!

well if you want you could go to the pyramids, but well if you don't like it's fine

SUGGESTION: NEVER, NEVER GO TO CHAPULTEPEC ON SUNDAY, EITHER TO THE ZOCALO, NEVER!!

hahaha I didn't know that back them... the touristic guide took us there and it was really annoying... way to crowded!:uhoh: I didn'pt even see any animal.. I think they freak out when they see so many ppl around them

Last time I was there I stayed in a hotel called "Republica de El Salvador" in the EL Salvador street

well, I suggest you buying the touristic bus, you can get on and out whenever you want, I mean there are a lot of bus stops and you can get out if you want to see something, it takes you to the interesting points of the city, and it's safe, it's highly recommended, it takes you to all the cities and you have a lot of things to see.

But really, sundays all museums are free (well almost all), I wouldn't suggest going on sunday to the downtown or chapultepec, maybe the south of the city <where frida kahlo's house is>

Well it all depends on when Coldplay comes... if they come that is :disappointed:

what day was the last concert in there??

did u go to one of those dates??

Well since the concerts are at night I can do some stuff thru the day... :D
