What about all the floods?? They seem to keep happening in the same places even though the government is now aware of the problems!

I think the government mainly failed to support the people that were affected by it.

No - they failed to spot potential problems in the first place (by allowing homes to be built on flood plains, in some cases ignoring warnings) and then failed to do anything to protect those areas better!!:angry:

Well you will have to build houses I guess. Also a lot of old houses were affected by it.
