In the booklet is says,"The Scientist is Dan" but there is more than 1 dan in the booklet. So who's is Dan and what is his last name.

Is it the "Scientist-Dan", where they wrote the song about?

The Oracle replies:

There are many Dans in the band's life... Dan the trainer is one, Dan Green their sound engineer is another and then there's Dan Keeling who signed them to Parlophone... who is also the Scientist.
