If it's commercial stuff, yes. i can still listen to the music. If it's gifts from friends and reminders of my concerts, It would be hard. I love the simple things more than money.

The only Coldplay merchandise I own is an Every Teardrop in a Waterfall t-shirt...it would be sad to burn it though, because my brother (who doesn't like Coldplay) got it for me for Christmas. So I don't know...
