Talking about names - your name is pronounced: a long "A" "ami", and "ami" = "friend" in French - when seeing the city name "MIAMI" I am thinking of "My" + "Ami" = friend. I wonder whether the history of this city name is an attempt to write "my friend" in French (which would really be "mon ami(e)". :)

 

Even though this does not have much to do with Coldplay - but we can think of them as "our friends" and of each member as "mon ami" or "mi ami". :)

hahh, i have so many problems with my surname. it's romanian, and when i pronounce it for hungarians, no one writes it in the right way.

my mums surname is 14 letters :lol:

ugh I know it's impossible to explain! :dozey: haha I tried to teach how to pronounce it to Nic and she was actually pretty good :awesome: though when I said ämmä they kept saying it's like emma and I was like nooooooo :P:cool:
