What do you think the reason is that they're in the studio without Chris.??To see what the other three come up with,without Chris?? Im curious..

Well Daniel Lanois suggested the idea with U2 while making the Joshua Tree and during the VLV sessions Markus Dravs worked with Will for two weeks alone in the studio on establishing drum beats that lead rather than follow - so it is not that uncommon I suppose.

well i know brian eno had previously suggested they do more without lyrics. soo they're probably wanting to get the instrumental parts down and then see where lyrics will fit in. :)

I could imagine that most ideas usually come from Chris and that he might feel quite strong about changes or discussions ... ;)

i don't know man, from what we've heard it may be the best thing they've ever done. certainly the most innovative. i hope its the center piece of lp5. i know thats a lot of faith in a song we haven't heard but i got the right feeling bout it. great song title too. :)
