I am looking for fun people who are interested in travelling to one of the cities in Coldplay's upcoming North American tour in the summer.

 

We would meet up, get to know the city, watch the concert, etc...

Well, I would like to see them multiple times, but I don't know if anyone wants to go to NC.

Also, I wish they announced another FL concert or Atlanta.

me and my best friend are already traveling for coldplay! Going to Portland and san fran to see them.. i cannot wait :)

You know, I was thinking on going to Raleigh by train.

Leave the 5th, sleep on train overnight, arrive in Raleigh the 6th in the morning, go straight to venue, wait for Coldplay & enjoy concert.

My mom has a friend in Raleigh, so I hope she would let me stay at her house.

 

About returning:

If I only go to the Raleigh concert, then I'll take a train back on the 7th, sleep overnight, then arrive to Tampa at noon on the 8th. Enough time to recover, and prep for the Tampa concert the following day.

 

Sounds crazy, but it could work! :lol:

Well, Gabriel is in Ft. Lauderdale, which is 4 hours away from Tampa, where I am.

He says he can pick me up on the way to Raleigh.

 

I dunno if we meet you there, or take a detour to Atlanta :uhoh:

 

Thing is that from Raleigh, we would have to go to Charlotte, then from Charlotte to Tampa

Ft.Lauderdale - Tampa: 4 hours

Tampa - Raleigh: around 10 hours

Raleigh - Charlotte: 2 hours 45 minutes

Charlotte - Tampa: 9 hours 30 minutes.

 

Tampa - Atlanta: 7 hours

Atlanta - Raleigh: 6 hours 30 minutes

yea, that sounds pretty crazy and long hours...we should probably just meet there, since my mom might be going to charlotte with me and I'm not sure if she's up for raleigh or not...so yea..I need to call her and see what's going on so far, lol

I know, driving 14 hours is crazy.

Actually the hardest part is to drive across Florida. People have no clue of how big it is!

You can come with us on our way back, so you don't have to worry about going from NC to FL. Charlotte is about 9 hours from Tampa, just 2 hours more than driving from Atlanta.
