My cover of The Scientist

Featured Replies

Hey guys. I wasn't sure where to post this. I didnt see any boards for covers or anything. I started playing some music with a friend of mine last night and we recorded The Scientist fairly quickly but I thought it was alright and thought you guys could give feedback on it. I am singing and he is playing guitar. I'm not too happy with my voice because I had been singing all day long and this was our last song so it sounds a little strained to me. We intend on buying an adapter for the amp to directly feed it to the pc. That will also make it a little better. We also recorded "All My Loving" by The Beatles if you want to check that out on my youtube profile here http://www.youtube.com/user/flutgos

thanks! there were a couple times we kind of messed up and the mic couldnt handle the singing but oh well. This was only the second time we played this together. It was also the first time we had ever played together.

I've heard Clocks and the Scientist covered about 100 times more than I would like.

that's a nice cover dude.a bit fast i guess but no problem :nice: good luck :)

you sing pretty well! And i like that guitar

wow, that`s good, very good actually :) :)

thanks a lot guys! yeah I know the scientist has been overdone but he already knew it so we went ahead and did it. This was only the second time we played it so...it wasnt perfect but we intend to re-record it soon as well as Swallowed in the Sea.
