This isn't a thread about the controversy surrounding the statement he made many years ago. This is a thread on his music...purely his music.

 

So anybody picked up the new album yet? It's called Roadsinger, and it just came out two days ago. I got it, and I really like it - it's similar to the kind of music he was doing in his classic albums (Teaser and The Firecat, Tea For The Tillerman, etc.) It's a great album.

 

My favorite album is probably Mona Bone Jakon, though. Love that album. :)

I think he's saying that the songs are similar. And they are, in a way. I don't think he's going to pursue legal action, he's probably just making a statement that they sound similar (which they do.)

Well he's not just saying they sound similar, but that coldplay intentionally plagiarized his song.
