Christianity was bad from the start, it's almost like it treats itself like a virus

But not all organized religions are like that. Hinduism for one (at the core, not always practiced well) encourages you to find whatever path works for you and is accepting of other religions.

I'm not claiming to be some huge Christian Jesus-fanatic, but without being told to do good things, a lot of people never would. Sure, people should want to do good things just because, but really...even in a world filled with religion, we don't generally trust strangers anyway...

Buddhism is very much the same, in fact there is a quote from Buddhism that says "If you find Buddha, slay him" that's an amazing quote which just proves that it is the anti-thesis of Christianity

I fucked up what I was trying to say in my last post. Religion gives people a purpose, and without purpose, or some sort of idea of having a purpose, there would be a lot of chaos and disorder.

I was thinking about organized religion today, actually, because there was a man (illegally) handing out bibles on school property. I respect everyone's religious choices, but why do many people feel the need to make sure other people agree with them? I don't get why some people of certain religions insist that everyone think the same way they do. It's ridiculous, and that's the only problem I have with overly religious people.

I personally like the idea of shoving bibles down peoples' throats. It separates the men from the boys, the saved from the damned.
